Formed in 1991 out of Derbyshire Voluntary Action
Funded by North Derbyshire Health Authority (now Derbyshire County PCT) and Derbyshire County Council Social Services (now split into DCC Older Adults and DCC Children and Young People)
Funded in 2005 by Chesterfield PCT (now Derbyshire County PCT)to provide the Mental Health Liason Project (see link)
Initially based with Links (Chesterfield & North East Derbyshire CVS & Action Ltd)
Leased Office 3 in the Market Hall, Chesterfield from Chesterfield Borough Council in 1999
Now based in Office 1, The Market Hall, Chesterfield S40 1AR
Become a registered charity and company limited by guarantee on 1st April 2010
