GOODBYE NORTH DERBYSHIRE VOLUNTARY ACTION - HELLO NDVA!

Members attending our AGM resolved unanimously to dissolve the Charity, transferring all assets and activities to NDVA (just that), a dual registered limited company and charity, which became active on 1st April 2010. NDVA will operate from the same address, Office 1 The Market Hall, Chesterfield S40 1AR and will have the same staff.
We cannot automatically transfer to the new NDVA those groups, organisations and individuals who are currently members of North Derbyshire Voluntary Action. So, if you wish to have a voice in the future direction and development of NDVA - and have not already 'signed up' - please request a membership application form (telephone 01246 555908 or email ndva@btconnect.com). Membership application forms are also available to download in the right hand column.
Applications from new groups, organisations and individuals with an interest in health and social care issues are also very welcome.
